While it may not have the most creative name, located off the coast of Belize, this sensational submarine sinkhole is so large it can be seen from space. It is also a diver’s paradise with water 407 feet deep and over 980 feet wide
and was a favorite destination of the famous explorer Jacques Cousteau.
