The lush inland delta acts as an oasis in an otherwise arid nation. Located deep into Africa’s untouched interior, the Okavango Delta contains a varied ecosystem which includes palm islands, thick woodland and lush vegetation. With so much natural beauty, it’s no wonder it is often referred to as the “jewel” of the Kalahari.
